The Character
Character’s Name: Narcissa Cassiopeia Black
Character’s Gender: Female
Character’s Appearance: Narcissa is very pretty with shining blonde hair, large blue eyes and a sweet smile. Her face is round with soft features which give her a childlike appearance. She spends much of her time in front of a mirror admiring the perfect arch of her eyebrows, the delicate curve of her lips...
Character’s History: Narcissa is the middle of the Black daughters. She was also the favourite–or, at least, she assumes so since Bellatrix was always so defiant and Andromeda was...you know...odd. Also, she’s the prettiest, so of course she’d be the favourite. As a child, she always made it her ambition to outshine her sisters–and everyone else–in everything that she tries. She can not stand to be bested and has been known to throw hissy fits of an epic nature. She has been betrothed to wed Lucius Malfoy ((or, perhaps, already wed? We’ll figure it out.)) In an effort to prove herself a better daughter than Bellatrix, she makes no complaint at all about the arrangement, though she knows little to nothing about him, really. He’s very pretty, though, so she doesn’t see any problem with being his wife. She was hit pretty hard by the news of her parents’ death, but for the wrong reasons. She is not sad that they are dead. She is sad that they died before telling her how much they adored her.
Friends: She tends to spend time with the other Slytherin girls. She doesn’t really have real friends, though. As if anyone could be her equal.
Family: She gets along with Reggie pretty well. She also gets along with Bellatrix on occasion. She avoids talking to Sirius or Andromeda if she can help it.
Character’s Personality: Narcissa accepts that she is not smart, but she’s prettier than you, so who cares? Also, she can dance better and draw a prettier picture and a number of other things. She is very conscious of who she speaks to since she wouldn’t want to be seen with the wrong sort of person. Her world revolves around herself and she expects everyone else’s to as well.
Likes: Herself, dancing (real dancing. Ballroon dancing. Dancing with class.), art, clothing, jewelry, Charms, Divination, cute animals.
Dislikes: Anyone who is mean to her, anything that she’s not good at, poor people, The Nouveau Riche, know-it-alls, History of Magic, Potions, ugly animals.
